Start of use

1. I have bonuses on my account, but upon activation “Not enough money”.

At the beginning of the rental, a check on the solvency of the card takes place, but no more.

MONEY IS NOT CHARGED.

Authorized and immediately returned 200 rubles. This procedure takes place in any case, regardless of whether you have bonuses in your account or not.

2. I was additionally charged of 50 rubles, why?

Activating of new scooters costs 50 rubles. This amount is debited at the beginning of the rental, then 5 rubles 1 minute of rental.

3. The bike's lock doesn’t open!

УTry to open manually. If it doesn’t work, take a photo of the closed lock where the bike's number is visible and let us know by e-mail info@urentbike.ru. In standby mode, the tariffing is the same as when renting.

4. The bike's lock doesn’t close!

Try to close the lock again by lowering the lever until it clicks into place. When closing, the bike will emit three beeps. If this didn’t work, write a letter to info@urentbike.ru, indicate the phone number to which the account is registered. Attach a photo of the closed lock and the bike’s geo-location to the letter.

5. The scooter’s lock doesn’t open!

Make sure the scooter's number with you matches the scooter number in the app. Check the correct dialing of the code and whether all the numbers are set exactly. If this didn’t work, write a letter to info@urentbike.ru, indicate the phone number to which the account is registered. Attach a photo of the closed lock and the scooter’s geo-location to the letter.

6. The scooter’s lock doesn’t close!

Check that the code matches and that all digits are set exactly. Doesn’t work? Write a letter to info@urentbike.ru, indicate the phone number of your account. Provide a photo of the lock and the location of the vehicle. If you don’t report a problem, a fine may be charged for an unfastened scooter.

7. The bike's lock does not open after the “Standby” mode, what should I do?

Try to open manually. First of all, pull the lever down, then slightly lift it and press in the “Open the lock” application.

If it doesn’t work out, take a photo of the closed lock where the bike number is visible. Write a letter to info@urentbike.ru, indicate the phone number of your account. Attach a photo of the locked castle and the vehicle’s geo-location to the letter.

8. I can’t finish the rental on a scooter, it shows that I'm out of the zone, what should I do?

Make sure that the scooter is in the permitted area for finish the rental:
Adler - the completion zone is indicated in white;
Krasnodar - the completion zone is indicated in purple (parkings).
Fasten the scooter to the rack, reset the code, take a photo of the scooter fastened to the rack.
Doesn’t work? Write a letter to info@urentbike.ru, indicate the account phone number, scooter’s number and geolocation of the place.

9. My scooter is exhausted, I did not have time to get to the parking lot, what should I do?

You have 5 minutes of free time, return the scooter to the parking space and finish the rental.

10. I closed the lock, but funds are still debited, why?

For finish the rental, it is not enough to close the lock, you must click the Finish button in the application.

11. How to contact with support of service?

Please write an email to info@urentbike.ru. Specify your request, specify the vehicle number and phone number of your account.

12. What are the restrictions for using a scooter?

Scooter can’t be used in heavy rain and wind. Irregularities must be driven carefully at low speed. Before driving, check the brakes, observe the high-speed mode, use a helmet.

The maximum authorized weight of the user of the electric scooter is 100 kg.

Forbidden: to use the electric scooter in a state of alcohol and drug intoxication, as well as riding a single scooter, two or three.

13. Price of the rental.

Bike’s rental tariffication hourly (for 1 hour).
The cost of rental of a scooter is from 3 rubles per minute.

14. Territory of use, how is it marked?

White zone - zone of use;
Gray zone - it is possible to finish the rental in this zone.
Bikes are not tied to parking lots, you can finish the rental in any permitted zone (with the exception of Adler Embankment, there you can finish the rental of a bike only in the parking lot or behind the red bike path). Finish the rental of an electric scooter: Adler and Krasnaya Polyana in the white zone, Krasnodar in the purple zone.

15. What is a bonus zone?

This zone is marked in green in the application, with a percent sign. If you finish the rental in this parking, you will be returned 50 bonuses for scooter activation.

16. Damage detected before renting?

Before renting, examine the vehicle for visible damage - indicate them in the app. If the damage is minor, after sending the photos you can start renting. Before you start driving check the brakes.

If the damage is significant (deformation of the wheels, damage to the frame, non-functioning brakes, etc.) finish the rental and rent another vehicle.

17. How to rent a bike?

Scan the QR code on the lock or handlebar of the bike. If you cannot scan, enter the bike’s number manually. After opening the lock, check the bike on defects, you have 3 free minutes for this.

18. How to rent a few bike’s?

Scan the QR code on the first bike and start rental. After opening the lock, repeat the procedure with the second and third bike.

19. How to rent a scooter?

Before renting, inspect the scooter for visible damages. Scan the QR code. The scooter will turn on after pressing the “activate” button. Enter the code of the lock from the application and open it. Fix the lock so that it doesn’t interfere with the movement. To start the movement, push your foot and press the throttle on the right side.

After opening the lock, check the scooter on defects, you have 3 free minutes for this.

20. How to rent a few scooters?

Scan the QR code. The scooter will turn on after pressing the “Activate” button. Enter the code from the application on the lock and open it. Repeat this action with the next scooter, use the “Scan” button.

21. I don’t have a button to finish, only a Waiting button.

You are outside the rental completion area. Move the vehicle to the marked areas. Adler and Krasnaya Polyana - white completion zone for electric scooters and bicycles. Krasnodar - the completion zone is indicated in purple.

22. How to get bonuses?

You can get bonuses:

1. Have you noticed damage of the vehicle (broken wheel, chain, etc.)? Take a picture of it and send it to the post office (be sure to indicate the geolocation of the bicycle and attach a photo), in gratitude we will give you bonuses.

2. Leave a review about the application in the Play Market or the App Store, send a screenshot of the review to us in the mail and get bonuses.

3. Participate in sweepstakes and promotions. Follow the news on social networks.

23. Bonus packages. How to buy a package, and can I not buy it?

You can purchase Bonus Packages in the “My Wallet” section. When you purchase a Package, you get more bonuses than the amount that spent on them.

If you have not purchased a package of bonuses, then the rental payment will be deducted from the credit card automatically, according to the tariff.

24. Why had chardged off more money than indicated in the application?

25. How to pay off debt, there is no button to pay off?

26. What for was money charged off? I didn’t rent.

27. Penalties and damages.

This information is written in the Accession Agreement, as well as on the official website of URentBike.

28. Why I can't attach a card?

VISA or Master Card Standart or level higher. Check the validity period of the card, it should not end in the current month.

29. How to attach a card?

You can attach a bank card in the section “My wallet” -> “Payment methods” -> “Attach card”.

30. How to delete a card?

You can delete the card in the section “My wallet” -> “Payment methods” -> Select a card and click the “Delete” button.

31. How to delete account?
