Start of use

What deposit? How to return a deposit?

In our service it is not required to make a deposit.

How to upload a photo?

You can upload photos in the menu, under the phone number. By clicking on the button “Upload documents to complete the registration”.

I have sent passport`s photo, but passed more than 15 min.

Document verification can take up to 3 hours. Please wait, we will activate you full access soon.

How to attach a card?

ПYou can attach a card in the section “My wallet” -> “Ways of Payment” -> “To attach a card”.

How to delete a card?

You can delete a card in the section “My Wallet” -> “Ways of Payment” -> Select a card and click the “Delete” button.

Where can I read the User Agreement?

How to delete an account?

Write a letter to the e-mail support@urentbike.eu, specify the phone number to which the account is registered.

Why I can't attach a card?

Bank card must be VISA or Master Card class Standart or higher. Check the expiration date of the card, it should not be end in the current month.


Zones

What is the area of use, is it marked? Zone of use?

You can use the service throughout the territory, but you can terminate the rental only in the marked zone in the application. Click “P” sign in the lower right corner of the application, to see the termination area.

What is a bonus zone?

If you terminate the rental in the bonus zone, you will receive bonus to your account in the application. Bonus zones are marked in green on the map.

What is a penalty area? What is the red zone?

Penalty zone - the zone marked on the map in red. Termination the rental in such zone- is prohibited and not possible.


Before rental

What is the rental price of electric kick scooters?

50 ¢ - to unlock
15 ¢ - per minute

In standby mode, the tariff is the same as when you renting.

When you click on the vehicle, will appear a window indicating the fare.

Damage of the Scooter?

Before renting, examine the vehicle for visible damages - indicate them in the application. If the damage is minor, after sending the photos you can start renting.

Before driving, be sure to check the brakes. If the damage is significant (deformation of the wheels, damage of the frame, non-functioning brakes, etc.) terminate the rental and rent another vehicle.

You have 3 free minutes to check the electric kick scooter on defects and damages.


The rent

There are a lot of electric scooters, and they are not rented, not scanned, not opened.

Make sure that these vehicles belong to the URentBike company. The name of the company is specified on a Scooter`s frame.

How to rent a Scooter?

Before renting, inspect the scooter for visible damage. Scan the qr-code. The scooter will turn on after pressing the “Activate” button. Enter the code on the lock from the application and open it. Fix the lock that it did not hinder the movement. To start the movement - push off with your foot and press the “gas” handle on the right side.

After the lock opens, check the scooter for damage, you have 3 free minutes for it.

How to rent several Scooters?

ОScan the qr-code. The electric kick scooter will turn on after pressing the “Activate” button. Enter the code on the lock from the application and open it. Repeat this action with the next electric kick scooter, use the “Scan” button.

How to put a Scooter on waiting?

Park the electric kick scooter at the rack, close the lock and press “Standby mode” button in the application. In order to continue the ride, go to the app, click the “Continue the ride” button. The code from the lock will come and the electric kick scooter will turn on.

In standby mode, the tariff is the same as when renting.

How to remove the Scooter from standby mode?

In order to continue the ride, go to the application, click “Continue the ride” and get the code from the lock, unfasten the electric kick scooter and continue the trip.

The lock on the scooter does`t open! I can`t use the Scooter, but rent goes on and money are removed from the card.

Make sure that the number of this electric kick scooter matches with the number of the electric kick scooter in the application. Check the correctness of the code and whether all numbers are stand exactly. If it does not work, write a letter to the e-mail support@urentbike.eu , indicate the phone number to which the account is registered. Provide a photo of the closed lock and the geolocation of the vehicle.

The lock on the scooter does not close!

Check that the code matches and all numbers are stand exactly. If it doesn`t work, write a letter to the e-mail support@urentbike.eu , indicate the phone number to which the account is registered. Provide a photo of the lock and the geolocation of the vehicle. If you do not report about a problem, a penalty may be charged because of scooter was not fasten after your rental.


Termination of the rent

How to terminate the rental on the scooter?

You can terminate your rental only in the parking lots marked in the application. Fasten the Scooter to the parking lot, close the lock and reset the code.

Unlocked scooter will be evacuated with penalty: 85€

How to terminate the rental? I have only a “Standby mode” button, but there is no termination.

You are outside the rental termination area. On the map in the app, you can see the marked zones, where you can terminate the rental (click "P").

I can’t terminate the rental on a Scooter, it shows that I'm out of the zone, what should I do?

Move the electric kick scooter to the termination zone that is marked on the map in the application, fasten it to the stand, reset the code. Make a photo of the Scooter which is already fastened to the stand. Then terminate the rental.

Does not work? Write a letter to the e-mail support@urentbike.eu , indicate your the phone number to which your account is registered and the number of the Scooter. Provide a photo of a fastened electric kick scooter with an indication of geolocation.

My Scooter is dead, I did not manage to reach to the parking lot, what should I do?

You have 5 minutes of free time, return the Scooter to the parking lot and terminate the rental.

I closed the lock, but money is still debited from the card.

To terminate the rental, it is not enough to close the lock, you must press “To terminate” button in the application.


Bonuses

Can I transfer bonuses to a friend?

This service is not provided.

How to get bonuses? What can I get bonuses for?

Bonuses - equal to the money in your account in the URentBike application.

You can get bonuses if:
1. Noticed damage of the Scooter (broken wheel, frame, etc.). Take a picture of it and send it to the e-mail support@urentbike.eu (specify the geolocation and attach a photo). In gratitude for the information, we will give you bonuses.
2. Leave a review about our application in the Play Market or the App Store, send a screenshot of the review to the e-mail support@urentbike.eu. In gratitude, we give you bonuses.
3. Participate in actions and draws. Follow the news in social networks.


Errors

My scooter doesn’t work. An error lights up on the scooter.

Terminate your rental, report about a problem at the end of the rental: take a photo and leave a comment.


Payments

Bonus packages? How to get a package?

You can purchase Bonus packages in the section - “My wallet” - “Replenishment”.

How to return the deducted money?

Write a letter to the e-mail support@urentbike.eu, indicate the phone number to which the account is registered, describe the reason for contacting.

Written off more money from the account than indicated in the application, why?

How to pay off debt? There is no button to pay off.

My money were written off for a fine, why?

If you specified an e-mail address during registration, a notification was sent to you when the fine was charged off. Check it out.

For clarification the issue of debt cancellation, write a letter to the e-mail support@urentbike.eu , indicate the phone number for which the account is registered, and describe the reason of the circulation.

Why did the money written off? I didn’t rent.
